Elderly Woman Victim Of Police Force - Video
The incident was captured on video by a concerned onlooker and showed a local law enforcement officer knocking the elderly woman to the ground, causing a bloody head injury.
Prior to the "takedown," it was obvious the woman that was using a cane to walk was clearly confused and didn't really pose a serious threat to herself or others.

The victim has Alzheimer's disease, a condition that causes memory loss and confusion in sufferers.
