Money can't buy you love, but honey, it sure can buy you good lucks. Take a look at Jennifer Aniston, who is now 40 years old. In the not so distant past, that age meant the end of the line for many Hollywood beauties. For Jen Aniston, it hasn't even caused a slow time in her work schedule.
Jennifer Aniston is still getting parts that many younger actresses would normally be cast for. That's because she's managed to remain youthful in appearance.
In Touch took a look at just what Aniston has done to keep herself looking so fresh and so clean. They found it's not cheap to look this good.
The main think Aniston does is lives a healthy lifestyle.
"Yoga, running, eating well and taking care of myself," said Aniston when explaining the secret to her success at looking great.
Jen practices yoga every other day with one-hour sessions in private with her friend Mandy Ingber. This training costs $600 a week.
Jen also is an adherent of the Zone Diet. She also practices the principles of the Ayurveda lifestyle, which is based on the concepts of Indian medicine.
As part of her training, Jen sticks to lean proteins along with salad or veggies. Her favorites are sauteed spinach and asparagus.
It isn't just diet making her look young.
SHe also visits LeSpa in Los Angeles at the Sonfitel hotel. There she has Decleor and other anti-aging treatments.
