Poll: Hurley 'safety pin' dress best gown

The so-called safety pin dress worn by British actress Elizabeth Hurley at a 1994 event is the best red carpet gown of all time, results of a poll indicate.

A spokesman for the British department store chain Debenhams said a poll found that the cleavage-baring dress worn by the Bedazzled actress at a 1994 movie premiere was named the best red carpet gown, People magazine reported Friday.
