Eric Dane Tape Video A Net Sensation
A faux sex scandal tape of Eric Dane is the newest net sensation for cyber-voyeurs who are hoping to catch a glimpse of steamy action between Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart, and former beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche.
Dane's lawyers were quick to point out that the tape contained no sex.
"Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability," said Attorney Marty Singer.
The threat of legal action has made finding the video difficult as many sites now have 404 pages where the video was once purported to exist.
