NEW YORK , NY., Aug.19 (TOTI) --

Britney Spears appeared on the David Letterman show and answered the top ten important questions of how America would be different if she were President.

Spears, who is currently on tour promoting her latest album, Circus, appeared in guess what.. a bikini.. to answer this burning question.

Along with putting a nightclub on the moon and moving the "situation" room to a cabana in Las Vegas, Spears stated that she had 'three words.. Vice President Diddy.'

No word if Britney is planning a 2012 run against Barack Obama.
