Robert Chambers Guilty Again
Robert Chambers, aka the Preppie Killer, is guilty of yet another crime, and he's headed back to prison. Chambers first became notorious for choking his lover to death in Central Park in what he described as rough sex gone bad. He served 15 years in prison for that crime.

Chambers, along with his girlfriend at the time, were selling cocaine from their apartment when they were caught by undercover police. Today Chambers plead guilty to two charges, one for criminal sale of a controlled substance and the other for assault on a police officer.
Chambers had been known for violent behavior while in prison. The evidence against Chambers was overwhelming, he sold cocaine to undercover police on seven different occasions.
The charges are 14 felonies stemming from seven undercover cocaine buys cops allegedly made at the E. 57th St. apartment Chambers shared with gal pal Shawn Kovell, 39. Photos reveal the couple turned the one-bedroom on the 17th floor of a luxury high-rise into a dingy crash pad. The living room was strewn with papers, and some of the furniture was upended possibly a result of the "violent struggle" authorities say Chambers put up during his arrest.
It's widely believed that Chambers will be sentenced to 19 years and four months in prison. Chambers will likely receive six years on the assault charge, which will run concurrent to other ones, and will have five years of supervision after his release.
