Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Have Some Strange Ideas About Family
by Alan Henderson in gossip

It seems like nearly every single day we're assaulted by what amounts to be a public
relations campaign by Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt to convince us not only what great people
they are, but to convince all of us to look at the concept of "family" in a whole new way.
Well, I for one, am not buying one package of what these two whackos are selling.
Sure, I have some old-fashioned ideas about marriage
I'll be the first person to admit it. I'm not as hip as a lot of the younger generation
these days when it comes to relationships. When I came up a family was a simple idea. It
meant you had a mom and a dad, and you all had the same last name! Simple.
To Jolie And Pitt, marriage is a farce!
The two have stated repeatedly that they aren't interested in marriage. In fact, Brad
Pitt has gone so far as stating that he won't get married until the marriage laws in the US
are changed to allow same-sex marriages. Yet he's an apparent heterosexual who is adding
children to his family with Jolie at a rapid pace. Has he never considered what the
potential psychological implications are for the children? I guess not.
Now the two are naming the children in any manner they see fit. They changed Jolie's two kid's names to
Jolie-Pitt in 2005, after Pitt formally adopted them.
- 2005 - Pitt begins dating Jolie. Shortly thereafter he adopts Jolie's two adopted
children.
- May 27th, 2006 - Pitt and Angelina Jolie have Shiloh Jolie-Pitt
- Jolie and Pitt adopt Pax
Brad Pitt went from a childless four year marriage to Jennifer Aniston and in less than 18 months has acquired 4 children (1 natural and 3 adopted) with his new gal pal. Yet, they don't want to talk about as obvious as marriage?
Let's look at some comments about Angelina Jolie on her kids:
Here's why she adopted Pax!
Asked if she adopted Pax so Maddox would have a brother who looks like him, Jolie told Reader's Digest that, after Shiloh's birth, "somebody in the house looked like Mommy and Daddy. It became clear to us that it might be important to have somebody around who is similar to the other children so they have a connection."
Then there's this bit about Pitt and her having a biological children
Jolie said: "I always said I was happy never to have a child biologically.
(Brad) told me he hadn't given up that thought. Then, after Z came home (from Ethiopia), I saw Brad with her and Mad, and I realised how much he loved them, that a biological child would not in any way be a threat."
I could go on and on, but I think I'd be belaboring my point. Anyone can find hundreds of such odd comments by these two celebrities by using the "Google" search engine. Pitt and Jolie have been on an absolute rampage when it comes to adoption. The plan on adopting even more. Yet the concept of marriage is somehow foreign. I don't get.
So why do you think that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are so anti-marriage yet pro-adoption?
