Chad Johnson says he can take Michael Phelps

Chad Johnson has always been known for 'shooting his mouth off' and issuing challenges on the football field. Now he's aiming at Olympics champ Michael Phelps. When asked if he could beat Phelps in any swimming event, he replied "Of course."

According to Chad, there are many other swimmers from 'Liberty City' who could beat Phelps. In fact, Chad went on to say he's the Charles Hadley Pool Champion, accolades that undoubtedly have Phelps trembling in fear.

During the interview, Johnson also talks about what made him return to Cincinatti, despite having plenty of bad things to say about the Bengals during the off-season. He explained his animosity away as merely being 'tired of losing.'

One thing about Chad Johnson, the guy is almost always entertaining when he unwinds during interviews.
