Zac Efron will be celebrating his 21st birthday tonight, but he plans on keeping things low key.

"I'm not going to Vegas or anything like that," he told Entertainment Tonight.

"I'm sure I'll have fun, but we're not going to go big," he said. "I'm going to lay low."

Efron is currently doing promotional work for "High School Musical 3: Senior Year in L.A."

Zac Efron has been dating Vanessa Hudgens for quite some time. She says she has a gift for him, but it's a surprise.

According to Efron, he and Hudgens are still having a great time making movies.

"High School Musical 3: Senior Year in L.A." opens on Friday.
