Madonna Guy Ritchie Divorce Recap

Madonna went about her business, as only she can, by launching her Sweet and Sticky Tour. Ritchie finished work on "Rock'N'Rolla" and now he's in London filming Sherlock Holmes. The two say the marriage is over and they're working out the arrangements for an amicable divorce.
The question of children, of course, is of paramount importance in the divorce of Guy Ritchie and Madonna. The couple has three childen that will be affected by their breakup. First, there's Lourdes, Madonna's daughter with Carlos Leon.
The couple then had son Rocco together. Next, they followed up by adopting David Banda. Where the children will live is a big consideration. Guy Ritchie has already said he wants Rocco to be a "London Man." Madonna, for her part, has expressed an interest in remaining in the Big Apple. This is especially interesting as a now-divorced Alex Rodriguez, as well as Carlos Leon, live in New York City.
Where David Banda prefers to live is anybody's guess. It wasn't long ago that he lived with his father, Yohane Banda in Malawi, before Madonna found him in an orphanage, and spirited him off to be part of her glamorous, yet unstable, life.
The question remains, just how amicable this breakup really will be? So far, the two have already seemed to veer from that course with opening remarks about each other. Madonna is reportedly going to sue Ritchie on the platform of him being "cruel" to her. She has examples of him filleting her with his snappy wit. Whether Ritchie fires back with even more allegations remains to be seen. If things do turn ugly, it's the kids who will suffer the most.
