Jennifer Richards And Sean Block Accused Of Offering Sex With 5 Year Old For A Used Car, Apartment

Jennifer Richards, 25 and Sean Block, 40, of San Antonio, Texas are accused of offering sex with Richards' five year old daughter in exchange for a used car, an apartment and childcare for her 10 month old daughter.

The pair appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Nancy Stein Nowak on Friday. Richards is charged with using interstate facilities to transmit information about a minor. Block is charged with distributing child pornography. Block is married to another woman named Sarah, but she filed for divorce the same day Block went before Judge Stein. They share a 14 month old daughter.

According to the FBI, Block allegedly sent a text message that read, "Nice piece 5 yrs old belongs to my gf and she wants to sell it." Block was also accused of sending an Email with a link to a Russian child pornography website. Block's lawyer acknowledged the severity of the accusations against his client, but stated he didn't believe Block's behavior had progressed beyond fantasy.

Richards' children have been removed from her custody and neither one ended up being sold for sex.

Block is being held and Richards' detention hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
