Michelle Malkin Under Attack At DNC

Michelle Malkin was the subject of a vitriolic attack by anti-war protesters in Denver. The main attacker "Alex Jones of Infowars.com" launched into a tirade against Malkin in which he called her a liar and evil repeatedly.

His main contention about Malkin had to do with her writing a book. According to Jones, Malkin is "evil" because she proposed Americans be sent to internment camps. At one point during the rather remarkable video, Jones goes so far to scream about a "puppy dog" that was "murdered" by Marines.

Towards the end of the segment, Jones loses his composure completely and starts shouting "Infowars.com" as if he's a graduate of the "Mike Jones School of Rap." Malkin attempted to engage Jones at several points, but Jones essentially screamed over her. Malkin had no reply to such comments as "The majority of victim's families think 9/11 is an inside jobs". He even told her that her makeup looked bad and that the "evil was seeping out of her."

Ironically, Jones seemed upset about "Freedom of Speech" but then attacked Malkin for writing a book. He called her a "monster" repeatedly. When asked what made her monster, he said: "She wrote a book."

Several reports about this incident seem to indicate that Jones somehow yelled "Kill Michelle Malkin", but it doesn't appear he did anything of the sort. Certainly he was oafish in his verbal attacks, but he didn't appear to actually threaten Malkin.
