Following in Yahoo's footsteps, Google recently launched Google Suggest which is geared to help internet searchers by offering related search queries.
The launch of Google Suggest was announced at the Official Google Blog on Monday and has graduated from the "lab" to being a default feature on Google's search box.
Google Suggest can save time and keystrokes by helping to formulate search queries by offering other searched keyword suggestions. Google Suggest also corrects spelling errors automatically, so searchers don't waste time looking for misspelled words. "Suggest" also saves keystrokes because web surfers don't have to enter the entire search query, they can just "tab" down to the search they wish to initiate.

Google Suggest has been a project since 2004, so it's been a few years in the making. Rival Yahoo has offered a similar service at their portal for some time now.
Web surfers should be seeing this feature rolling out in Google's search box in the days and weeks to come.
