WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 (UPI) --
U.S. President Barack Obama follows up Thursday on last week's small-business funding announcement with remarks about healthcare help for small businesses.
Obama was to speak about the administration's plan on helping small businesses tap into more capital and healthcare reform designed to help small businesses control health costs, the White House said.
The guest list includes members of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the National Federation of Independent Business, and small-business owners and organizations from across the country, the White House said.
Last week Obama announced initiatives that would raise caps for existing Small Business Administration loans and give smaller banks better access to Troubled Asset Relief Program funding to encourage more lending,
