Philadelphia outscored New York 19-5 in overtime Saturday for a 141-127 win over the Knicks.
The winners took advantage of the weary Knicks, who lost 102-100 in overtime at Charlotte Friday.
Andre Iguodala led Philadelphia with 32 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists.
Lou Williams had 27 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists.
Thaddeus Young scored 25, Marreese Speights added 20 with 10 rebounds, and Elton Brand kicked in 16 points with seven rebounds for the 76ers, who were outscored 41-26 in the fourth period and blew a 119-112 lead with 1:12 left.
Al Harrington led New York with 42 points and six rebounds. Danilo Gallinari contributed 30 with three rebounds and three assists.
Larry Hughes scored 18 with five rebounds, six assists and four steals, and Wilson Chandler added 11 points with six rebounds for the Knicks, who have lost their first three games.
