SANTA MONICA, Calif., Nov. 2 (UPI) --
Lady Gaga Monday became the first artist since the inception of monitored U.S. airplay to have four No. 1 hits from a debut album, Interscope Records said.
"Paparazzi" follows in the footsteps of "Just Dance," "Poker Face" and "LoveGame" to become the fourth chart-topper from her debut album "The Fame."
Released last October, "The Fame" has sold more than 4 million copies worldwide and the singles from the album have sold more than 25 million copies.
A re-package of the album entitled "The Fame Monster" will be released Nov. 23. It will feature eight new songs, including the singer's next single "Bad Romance."
Lady Gaga hits the road this month with her "Monster Ball" tour, starting Nov. 27 in Montreal, her label said in a news release.
