Lindsay Lohan has been sued by three passengers that were in her car during a drunken car chase last year. After the chase, Lohan was arrested
and charged with DUI.

The suit, filed in Superior Court in Santa Monica seeks unspecified damages on the behalf of Dante Nigro, Ronnie Blake and Jakon Sutter.

The lawsuit states, "Dante and Jakon continued to implore Lohan to slow down, stating specifically that she was endangering all of their lives
and that they could be killed. Lohan refused to slow or stop, but instead responded with abusive cursing and vulgar language, including a
statement that she did not care about the risk of death."

No one was injured in the incident.

This is the second lawsuit to be filed as a result of Lohan's drunken car chase - a passenger in the car she allegedly chased also sued.

Lindsay's lawyer states the lawsuit is "totally absurd."

On the bright side, Lindsay continues to focus on her relationship with galpal, Samantha Ronson.

The couple recently vacationed in Mexico and rumor has it that Ronson "popped the question" and gave Lohan a $50,000 diamond ring, so
nuptials could be in the works, lawsuit or not.
