Madonna and Guy Ritchie are getting divorced. Nobody in the world seems the least bit surprised by the news. That's because most of us have been observing both Madonna Ciccone and Guy Ritchie. As public figures they're photographed constantly. When I looked at pictures of them for the last year or so, they never once looked even slightly happy.



Enemas, anyone?

Now I understand you can't always judge a book by its' cover, but in the case of the sour pusses on Guy and Madonna, a keen observer could tell that the love had long been drained from their union.

Really Guy should have been smirking in some of the photos, at least. Since he was able to bear a seven year stint with Vadge, he'll be receiving $60,000,000 for his troubles. One would think he'd be dancing in the streets with the thought of getting a huge check from his ex.

Now rumor has it that Madonna has successfully ensnared Alex Rodriguez. Obviously, Kaballah works, otherwise A-Rod would be running for the exits. Worse still, the rumor mill is now swirling that Madonna is planning on having A-Rod's baby. At her advanced age, she's either expecting a good old fashioned miracle, or she plans on employing the world's greatest scientific minds to help.

Will Vadge find happiness in the arms of A-Rod? Will Guy Ritchie find love in London? Only time will tell. But if we see either of them smiling, we'll know life is good for them again.
