Rosie O'Donnell has always been known for being outspoken, but as she launched her new satellite radio show Rosie crossed hairs with formidable TV talk show host, Oprah Winfrey, after speculating once again that she's gay.

O'Donnell buried her beef with Howard Stern and the two shock jocks openly discussed Oprah's relationship with Gayle King, her BFF of forever.

The National Enquirer reports that O'Donell told Stern, "I don't know that she and Gayle are necessarily doing each other, but I think they are the emotional equivalent of.."

Stern finished the sentence for her, saying "..a gay couple."

Not one to let the conversation die off, Rosie quickly added, "When they did that road trip, that's as gay as it gets, and I don't mean it to be an insult, either. I'm just saying, listen, if you ask me, that's the couple."

Winfrey, 55, has never been married and has no children with her longtime partner Stedman Graham.

The talk show queen was livid when she heard the news about Rosie's commentary. A source told the tabloid, "Oprah exploded when she heard Rosie was again talking trash about her and Gayle."

The source continued, "Oprah has gone out of her way to say repeatedly that they are just good friends and are not gay."

Oprah supports a number of causes, including the gay community, but that doesn't mean that she's involved in the lifestyle on a personal level. The source dished, "Oprah said if she were gay, she would say
so."

Rosie Radio, a two hour program, airs on Sirius satellite radio channel 102 from 10 AM -12 noon EST if you'd like to hear more of her conspiracy theories and commentary.
