Google Chrome is a new browser from Google. Right now, Google Chrome is not quite available for download, but Google says that will be changing soon.

"On the surface, we designed a browser window that is streamlined and simple. To most people, it isn't the browser that matters. It's only a tool to run the important stuff -- the pages, sites and applications that make up the web. Like the classic Google homepage, Google Chrome is clean and fast. It gets out of your way and gets you where you want to go."

According to the post, Google Chrome will be available for download tomorrow.

Google Chrome is an open-source browser, that uses components of Apple's WebKit and Mozilla's Firefox. The posts says it will be reminiscent of the "clean" design of Google's home page.

Undoubtedly, this new browser will get a lot of attention due to Google's marketing clout.
