Google Chrome is so new, I just had to try it out. I'm a big fan of most of Google's products, so it wouldn't be surprising if I liked their new browser. I went ahead and downloaded Google Chrome yesterday and have had some time to surf the web with it. My first impressions of the product are very favorable.

The interface is typical Google, slick and to the point. The browser is very innovative on a number of levels, and will undoubtedly appeal to many because of it's slimmed down operating manner and the power it holds for future web applications. I've been using Firefox for several years and I have to admit that I was extremely impressed at how much faster Chrome appeared to be operating to me.
Google Chrome is built for speed and stability
Google Chrome is definitely fast, at least from my vantage point. The browser was designed to make running web applications a faster and more stable task. I haven't surfed for too many hours using Chrome yet, but so far I haven't seen any crashes or glitches.
I also like their concept of a "home page" which is basically a tabbed view of the websites you visited most. That's very convenient in the sense of providing you with quick access to the websites that are most important to you. I also like the ease with which you can copy a snippet of text and then have it search Google immediately. That's another great feature for people used to using Google for most of their daily research online.
All in all, I'm enjoying Google Chrome.
