She recently told Marie Claire Magazine that she was over being a 'pop star' and wants to become an icon instead. She said, "I feel like I'm highly respected, which is more important than any award or any amount of records," she adds."And I feel like there comes a point when being a pop star is not enough."Despite not wanting to just be a pop star, Beyonce drops her new solo album in November.

Damon Wayans is a well known comedian and actor that made his big break on the TV showsSaturday Night Live and In Living Color. Since then he's appeared in many movies and TV shows. Damon has five sisters and four brothers, Marlan, Keenan, Shawn and Duane.
Dr. Drew Pinsky Turns 50

Dr. Drew Pinsky is the doctor to the stars. He specializes in addiction and is the host of Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew which aims to get fallen celebrities back on the path to sobriety. Dr. Drew seems to be one step ahead of Dr. Phil who just sticks his nose into others peoples business just because he knows Oprah Winfrey. He told the New York Times "My goal was always to be part of pop culture and relevant to young people, to interact with the people they hold in high esteem." It appears he's accomplished this task - there's never a shortage of "pop culture" icons that need to get off smack.
