Chuck Liddell Vs Rashad Evans

The clash between Chuck Liddell and Rashad Evans at UFC 88 ended in Chuch Liddell being knocked out. Liddel, the 38 year old, was trying to land a punch of his own when Evans hit him with enough force to end the fight.

The 28-year-old Evans improved his record to 17-0-1 with the win, while the 38-year-old Liddell dropped to 21-6.

Liddell has now lost three of his last four fights which is prompting speculation that he may soon retire. He gave no such indication after last evening's bout.

Rashad Evans who weighs 205 pounds has now moved himself into the elite of the UFC.

Chuck Lidell ironically lost this match with basically the same mistake he made against Quinton "Rampage" Jackson last year. He got caught with an impressive punch while attempting to do some major damage of his own.
