Lauren Summa Harassed

Lauren Summa had a job that many would envy, but according to her, she was sexually harassed as part of her duties. She was a staffer on the Hofstrau University football team, and traveled with the team to games. She says players always wanted to see her "boobies" and were relentless with their harassment.
She complained at the time to the head coach, David Cohen, but according to Summa he ignored the severity of the complaint and he told her not to pursue the issue.
Lauren Summa say she is a lifetime football fan and is hurt by the accusations. She is seeking $1 million in damages.

BRAVO Ms. Summa!! I personally have been subjected to sexual harassment, very recently, and I was "encouraged" not to go forward with it. I did though, and am glad I did, but, it has its downside. The defense DUG so far into my past, they found my ex husband whom I have not seen in over 14 years! What on earth he has to do with anything in my life NOW is beyond me. Defense could not find anything bad about me, such as being permiscuous, they had bogus documents. A eviction notice, which was not mine, but the damage was done in the eyes of the insurance man, I was untrustowrthy, though it was not my eviction! I went through with the mediation and am satisied with the outcome. They tried to attack my character and my life, and they were unsuccessful. I feel that I won all the way around. SO ROCK ON MS. SUMMA......HANG TOUGH GIRL, IT IS A ROCKY ROAD, BUT WORTH IT!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!
