The surge of John McClain for the Republican Presidential candidacy has impressed nearly everyone. Everyone, that is, except Mitt Romney who now find himself as fading in the contest.

At the center of the dispute is McCain claiming that Romney support a timetable for troop withdrawal from Iraq. "It's offensive to me that someone would suggest that I have," Romney said.
Romney is fighting for his political life, as his message has seemingly not caught on with voters in most primary states. "Super Tuesday" will be critical to see if he can continue on in the campaign.
Romney bristled at the timetable suggestion from McCain.
"And by the way, raising it a few days before the Florida primary, when there was very little time for me to correct the record ... falls into the kind of dirty tricks that I think Ronald Reagan would've found reprehensible," Romney said.
