Makayla M. Peters has been accused of operating a prostitution business from her home. The Omaha area resident says her business, which she advertises on Craigslist, does not engage in illegal activities.

She was booked on 3 charges, but was able to post her $8,500 bond and is now out of jail.

Peters felt compelled to explain the nature of her massage business in an internet posting. "Some of the men I have seen I've had sexual relations with, some merely dinner or a cocktail," she wrote. "Some of these men are even prominent people, some just an average guy, but all are middle to upper class middle aged men who are just looking for some time to be stress free, relax and enjoy themselves without everyday life worries."

Her website is part of what led to her current troubles. On it, she is alleged to have shared many intimate details of what customers could expect, and how much it would cost.

The website is now shut down and says simply: "The party is over."
