There's good news for Britney Spears as her 2 year old son Jayden James has been released from the hospital. The child has been in Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center since Sunday.

A rep for the family described the reason for his hospitalization as "he had a reaction to something he ingested."

I have no idea what little Jayden James ate but it's great news for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline that nothing serious came from the matter.

Britney brought Jayden James and his brother, 3 year old Sean Preston, to visit her family in Kentwood, Louisiana. It was the first out of state trip she's taken with the boys this year.

Britney Spears hasn't had custody rights to the children since earlier this year.
