Madonna and Guy Ritchie are not getting divorced as quickly as one might have imagined. The sticking point for them is a common one for many divorcing couples. What to do with the three kids?

"I really don't believe that the children will all go and live in America. I would be upset, of course, if Rocco left," John Ritchie, Guy's father told In Touch.

Madonna is a long time resident of New York City and wants the children to be raised there. Ritchie is lobbying for the children to be raised in London. It looks like it's an issue that the courts may need to decide.
