Caylee Anthony Update - Bag Didn't Contain Human Remains
As the search for Caylee Anthony - or her remains - continues, the lead investigator in the case, Sgt. John Allen says that a bag found by divers in the Little Econ River did not contain human remains.

The bag was discovered by a dive team hired by Leonard Padilla, a bounty hunter. Padilla initially reported that the bag contained human
bones, fingers and toes, but police found no evidence to support his claim.

Police in the investigation have asked that Leonard Padilla take a lie detector test and he's agreed.

A police spokesperson said, "This is of no evidentiary value."

Padilla claims that he has reason to believe the missing toddler is located in the area that his team has been searching, but he won't disclose the reason why. No crime scene has been identified in the area that the bounty hunter had searched.

Over 1,000 people participated in a search for Caylee Anthony in Florida over the weekend and their search came up empty as well.

Caylee's 22 year old mother Casey is being held on charges of first degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators concerning Caylee's disappearance. The child went missing in June 2008, but wasn't reported until July. She plead "not guilty" on all counts.

Caylee's maternal grandparents, Cindy and George believe that Caylee, who would now be 3 years old, is still alive.
