Joe Jonas has finally spoken out concerning Taylor Swift. He went to the blog to respond to allegations that he "Swift-boated" Taylor swiftly in a 27 second phone call.

He admits that the phone call probably was 27 seconds, but then he puts the onus on Taylor Swift when he says: "For those who have expressed concern over the "27 second" phone call. I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear."

Not only that, he says that Taylor ignored other attempts at communication by him.

Joe Jonas, 19, is the middle brother in the music group Jonas Brothers, along with Nick Jonas, 16, and Kevin Jonas, 21. Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift never even acknowledged their relationship while dating but it looks like repeated rumors have forced them to go public.

Joe says he's clean in this whole deal and it's up to you whether to believe him or not. A typical case of "he said she said."
