Britney Spears might need to have a paid supervisor with her when she has custody of her children, if ex-husband Kevin Federline has any say in the matter. Federline was on the phone with his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, as soon as he heard that Jayden James became ill during a scheduled visit with his mother.

Kevin will wait until the kids are back home with him before pursuing a legal strategy.

"Right now Kevin and Mark are discussing having a paid supervisor with Britney when she has custody of the boys," an insider told Life and Style.

This was the first visit in which Spears was allowed to take the kids out of state.
