Early reports indicate that Charles Lee Thornton stormed into the meeting repeating the phrase "Shoot the mayor." The mayor Mike Swoboda was one of the injured, but not one of the five killed. As the government becomes more corrupt, abusing the little man as daily course instead of occasional incident, taking absorbent taxes without rendering services and protection of the law. Stealing our children's future and allowing the nation to become a fascist republican haven of greed and inequity, these events will become much more common. Unfortunately we will never know the truth in this case, but it is another lesson for those in power, stop abusing your power before someone else stops you.
