Britney Spears has been waging a comeback this year, but that doesn't mean her life is all its' cracked up to be.

Britney will be baring her soul in a new special, the 90-minute Britney: For The Record, which will air on November 30th on MTV.

"I have really good days, and then I have bad days," she says. "Even when you go to jail, you know there's the time when you're gonna get out."

"But in this situation, it's never ending," she adds. "It's just like [the movie] Groundhog Day every day."

I guess Britney doesn't realize that for most people, life is Groundhog Day. Welcome to the real world, honey.
