Paul Williams Defeated By Carlos Quintana

Carlos Quintana has beaten Paul Williams to capture the WBO Welterweight title.

The loss is the first of Paul Wiliams' career.

Paul "The Punisher" Williams was 33-0 with 24KOs prior to the fight. Carlos "El Indio" Quintana had a record of 24-1, with 19KOs.

Quintana won by judge's scores of 115-113, 116-112, and 116-112.

Williams held the belt since July.
