Michael Phelps is the most dominant Olympic athlete of all time. So what's a young guy with so many gold medals to do? According to a report in Star, Phelps is celebrating his victories by partying hard.

Michael Phelps has been spotted in Las Vegas, fondling dancers at the Las Vegas Playboy Club.

"Michael loves partying in Vegas now that he's been deemed a superhero there," s source in Vegas said. "An Escalade usually picks him up and he's treated like a true VIP at the nightclubs every time."

Since Michael Phelps is 23 and single, his actions sound about par for the course. Michael Phelps is now an Olympic partier.
