Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are moving into a new $10 million luxury loft. The couple will be living in a building that once was a factor. They won't be the only celebrities around. Jay-Z and Beyonce live nearby.

Their new digs take up two floors of the Pearline Soap Factory in Manhattan's trendy TriBeCa neighborhood.

The building is said to more geared towards families than hip party animals.

"It's a very low-key area with lots of families," their new neighbor told Star.
