Iron Man, Hulk, And Thor Land Distribution Deal
Cherry Lane Music Publishing Co has landed a deal to distribute the extremely popular Marverl Comics properties Thor, Hulk, and Iron Man, according to Variety.
Cherrly Land currently has existing distributorships with DreamWorks Pictures, the Weinstein Co., Lakeshore Entertainment and Walden Media.
The company will use these avenues to pursue music publishing opportunites for the 2008 blockbuster movies "Iron Man" and "The Incredible Hulk." They will be doing the same for the upcoming animated TV series "Wolverine and the X-Men," "Super Hero Squad," "Thor" and "The Avengers".
Not only that, but the current deal will also affect two future Marvel Comics properties, namely the 2010 and 2011 film releases: "Iron Man 2," "Thor," "The First Avenger: Captain America" and "The Avengers."
