Kanye West Arrested And Sued In November

LOS ANGELES, Ca., Nov. 28 (TOTI) --
It's been a relatively eventful November for Kanye West. The rapper won awards, was arrested, and was even sued by Suge Knight. It's all just part of being Kanye, yo.

Kanye has been scuffling with the paparazzi lately, and it's landing him in legal hot water. He was arrested at LAX this summer after shoving a photographer, and he did something very similar this month while touring the UK.

West wasn't charged in the incident in Newcastle, England, even though he was arrested for suspicion of assault.

The incident happened on November 14th outside of club in Newcastle. Kanye has his own side of the story.

"A paps felt he had more rights to space than me, so I put my hand up to prevent from taking my image," he blogged. "I didn't assault him."

Suge Knight is suing Kanye West because he was shot in the leg at a party hosted by West in Miami in 2005 and he says the rapper didn't do enough to protect him.

I guess Kanye figured Suge could handle himself. It will be interesting to see what December has in store for the famed College Dropout.
