NEW YORK, Nov. 29 (UPI) --
Scores of young fans of the Jonas Brothers say they camped out at a New York bookstore for hours for a book signing event by the pop band.
Long Island resident Tiffany Ramos, 15, said the long wait for the "A Little Bit Longer" band's appearance this week was well worth the wait, The New York Daily News said Saturday.
"Oh, my god, it was everything I ever hoped it would be," the teenager said.
"They were all so nice. The best bit was telling them I loved them and them saying it back. I'm never going to forget today."
Katie Acompora, 15, was thrilled to meet Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas during the signing for the band's tour book, "Burning Up: On Tour with the Jonas Brothers."
"Nick was much hotter in person. When I saw him, I cried so hard. I would do it again," she said of Friday's event.
But not all was fun and games at the Barnes & Noble event, according to Acompora's mother, Bernadette.
"One little girl was throwing up all night and another got trampled and an ambulance was called," the Westchester County resident told the Daily News.
