Billy Ray Cyrus is now apologizing for not buckling up. Both he and his daughter Miley Cyrus were shown in a movie without their safety belts on, and now the singers are worried about what affect it may have on their young fans.

"We got caught up in the moment of filming, and we made a mistake and forgot to buckle our seatbelts," Billy Ray told People Magazine. "Seatbelt safety is extremely important."

Editors at Consumer Reports took exception to the scene which appeared in "Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour " saying it was dangerous and could set a bad example.

Apparently Miley and her Dad both agree.
