Tila Tequila Replaced By The 'Ikki Twins' In 'Double Shot Of Love'
Tila Tequila wasn't able to put together a love connection in two seasons of MTV's bi-sexually themed matchmaking show, A Shot At Love so producers have replaced her with the "Ikki Twins" aka Rikki and Vikki Mongeon in Double Shot at Love With The Ikki Twins.
They earned the "Ikkis" nickname when they both worked at Hooters. Patrons and co-workers couldn't tell the girls apart, so to avoid calling them the wrong name they just called them the "Ikkis."
Much like preceding seasons, 12 straight men and 12 lesbian females will compete for the attention of Rikki and Vikki, statuesque blondes that
admit that they do everything together and even tend to have the same taste in love interests.
Vikki told Life & Style magazine, "When we were younger, we definitely dated the same people."
This could make for some complications if the Ikki twins end up falling for the same person, Rikki told the tabloid, "There have definitely been some fights - it's just frustration and jealousy wrapped together."
A Double Shot Of Love airs on MTV on December 9, 2008.
