Jonas Brothers Spending Money Like Water
The Jonas Brother certainly are making more money than most of their peers, but that doesn't mean the boys won't soon face a financial crisis of their own. The reason? Out of control spending which threatens their very existence.
The Jonas Brothers, which consist of Nick Jonas, 16, Kevin Jonas, 21, and Joe Jonas, 19, made roughly $12 million in 2007. They're making even more this year, but the rub is, they're spending it faster than they can make it.
Recently they rented a Bel-Air home, for a whopping $24,000/month. They also bought a $2.8 million Texas estate. On top of these residences, they're also spending heavily on all of life's essential luxury items like stereos, footwear, computers, and the like.
"They all love shoes," an insider told In Touch. "And they really love good clothes."
The boys prefer expensive designers like Mark Jacobs.
So far the JoBros can pay the bills with ease, but if their popularity was to wane for some reason, they might have to learn to tighten their designer belts.
