Jonas Brothers - JoBros Mania Rolls On
Jonas Brothers mania continues unabated. The pop group has completed yet another big week in 2008, this time topping several more awards lists as well as denying rumors that oldest brother, Kevin Jonas, 21, is leaving the band.
"There is a rumor that one of us is leaving to group. Not true. We love what we are doing and hope to do it together for a long time," the band blogged in rebuttal to the rumor.
A group known as Charity Folks place the Jonas Brothers on the list of celebrity money raisers for charity. According to the, the three brothers garnered $450,000 for their favorite charity, the Change for the Children Foundation.
Last, news emerged that the Jonas Brothers will be rocking Times Square on New Year's Eve to bring in 2009.
The band, consisting of brothers, Joe Jonas, 19, Nick Jonas, 16, and Kevin Jonas, 21, will be performing at this year's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. Not only will they sing, but the event will be a reunion of sorts for Joe Jonas and former fling, Taylor Swift, 18, who will also sing at the event.
New Year's this year will involve the Jonas Brothers, and maybe a bit of fireworks between Joe and Taylor. 2009 promises to start on a great note for the JoBros.
