Miley Cyrus Isn't Jealous Of Selena Gomez And Demi Lovato
Miley Cyrus, star of the Disney program Hannah Montana, has recently tried to quell rumors that she is jealous of Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato.
Selena Gomez, 16, stars on the Disney show, Wizards of Waverly Place and Disney offered Demi Lovato her own series, Welcome To Mollywood after starring in Camp Rock with the Jonas Brothers. Nick Jonas, 16, used to date Miley, so it's easy
to understand why it might cause some rivalry between Cyrus and the Gomez/Lovato camp.
Miley told Go! magazine, "There's room for everyone. We're all working hard and we're doing our own thing, and I think there are plenty of fans who watched all of our shows. It hurts to think people would spread stories like that. There is no truth to it t all!"
Miley also stated that there isn't competition on the set of her own show. She told the magazine, "There's no competition at all on the set. (of Hannah Montana) We laugh at each other's jokes , and we're always hugging one another. There's something really special about this group of people - everyone really loves each other, and it makes it just awesome to go to work."
Besides her show with Disney, Miley has added private performances to her line of work. Miley was hired to perform at a private holiday charity event thrown by Houston attorney Mark Lanier on Sunday. Reports say Cyrus and her dancers were paid almost $1 million dollars for the event that helped the Guatemala SANA charity for impoverished people in the country.
