Angela Garbarino was beaten severely after being arrested for a DUI
Angela Garbarino woke up with two black eyes and broken teeth after being arrested for a DUI in Shrevesport, Lousiana. An investigation into her beating has resulted in the firing of Wiley Willis, 30. It is the third complaint of excessive force against Willis.

Although Willis has been fired, he has not been charged with any crimes by the police force. During the incident with Garbarino, Willis turned off recording equipment. When he turned it back on, the woman was already badly beaten.
Garbarino has to appear in court on March 20th. for the original DUI case.

Not "enough" evidence?!?!?!? So unless you have a video of a cop actually beating the snot out of you, theres going to be no prosecution? And if it was anyone else in that video beating that woman, then they would have had to let him go too?? The other cops that helped cover this up, the DA, and the Chief of police should be fired too. And all charged with conspiracy in a felony.
