Levi Johnston's Mother - Sherry Johnston - Arrested On Drug Charges
Sherry Johnston, the soon-to-be grandmother of Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston's unborn baby, has been arrested on drug charges in Alaska.
Bristol Palin is the daughter of Sarah Palin, who ran for vice President with Republican Presidential candidate, Jim McCain.
The Anchorage Daily News reports that 42 year old Sherry Johnston was arrested in her home and charged with six felony counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance. The arrest stemmed from an undercover drug investigation.
Scant details were available concerning what kind of drugs Johnston was involved with. She was released after posting $5,000 bond.
Her son, Levi, 18 and Bristol, 17, are expected to welcome their child in the next few days and are said to be planning a 2009 wedding.
