Britney Spears Is Insecure
Despite being a world class sex symbol, Britney Spears is riddled with insecurities about how she looks. The success of her album Comeback is only making matters worse as she's scrutinized for her performances and her beauty.
Now the star is considering plastic surgery.
"She's dying to have her boobs lifted," an insider told Life and Style. "She thinks they're saggy. She also wants liposuction on her butt and inner thighs."
Britney would have already had the surgery, the insider stated, if she wasn't so concerned about how the recovery time would affect her hectic schedule.
"If she does it, she'll need to be off her feet for a few days," the friend added.
The friend said that Britney is no stranger to going under the knife, having had at least a few plastic surgeries in the last decade. She's had her breasts worked on before.
"She went from an A-Cup to a C-Cup," her buddy recalled. "Her people have denied it because she was so young at the time, but it's 100 percent true."
