Abengoa Solar plans to build the world's largest solar plant in the U.S.A.

Abengoa Solar, in conjunction with the local utility company in Arizona plan on building the world's largest solar plant in that state.

The plant will be built by Abengoa, but the electricity will be leased to Arizona Public Service Company over the next 30 years.

The plant will be built about an hour outside of Phoenix and will produce 280 megawatts of energy when completed.
