Worshipping Celebrity Idiots Is Bad For America

by Alan Henderson in gossip

America's most famous citizens are idiots who hurt our reputation abroad

The world we live in is an increasingly tough place in which to compete. The USA has to sell products to every nation on Earth, many of which are barely familiar with American culture or the spirit of the American people. Images from which group of individuals are the ones that are broadcast out to billions of foreign folks every day? Only the pictures of the fools that always put us in a bad light because of their constant misbehaving.

Common sense would indicate that the people we'd put out in front would be our best and brightest, but they tend to work in non-celebrity jobs. Instead, we as a people tend to parade the biggest idiots who ever existed into the spotlight. This has to leave our enemies laughing and our friends snickering behind our back.

Let's take a look at some of our greatest entertainers

  • Akon - raw humper extra-ordinaire
  • Britney Spears - fat mama
  • 50 Cent - crack dealer
  • Eminem - trailer trash
  • Lindsay Lohan - homeschooled - deserves our hate

These individuals are the ones who are synonymous with pop culture in our country. They're hero-worshipped by our children and placed on a pedestal by the media. They range from a former crack dealer to high school dropout. None bring any exceptional talents or skills to the table, except the ability to mesmerize the half-wit segment of our population.

The trouble with celebrities is they're never content being celebrities and they think they're world leaders

If Eminem was content to say "Heck, I'm a high school dropout, I'm grateful to be a millionaire", we wouldn't be forced to listen to him monologue about political issues that are clearly beyond his limited understanding. But celebrities are never content with anything they do! That's why the "slash" exists as in actor/singer. Now we have an entire army of celebrity/activists who use their ever increasing potential power to influence people of all nation's concerning my country. And I have a big problem with this because 1) no one asked them! and 2) they're the least likely candidates to solve most of the issues they work on and no one would hire them for their qualities

I have two words for anyone who will try and argue that celebrities don't have too much influence already in spheres beyond their expertise: "Arnold Schwarzenegger". Celebrities are dumb creatures. Now that they've seen Arnold become Governor, more are sure to try and follow him onto center stage. If they do manage to inundate our government, then they really will become representatives of ours with everyone around the world. I really hope this doesn't happen.

I only mentioned a few of the celebs who irk me. They all deserve their own individual article on why I hate them, so in due time they will receive one. But for now I must say that Kanye West, Sean Penn, Angeline Jolie, and any others of their ilk need to step off if they think they are speaking for me!

Let's ignore the dumb celebrities and they might go away

It's time to stop honoring the dumbest among our celebrities. We can't honor Lindsay Lohan or 50 Cent anymore, despite any possible urges to do so. It won't be good for us, or our future.
