The latest rumor is that Michael Jackson is facing the forced sale of Neverland Ranch
Michael Jackson needs to come up with nearly $25 million or he faces the loss of his beloved rumored Love Nest, Neverland Ranch.
Michael Jackson has been served with all of the necessary paperwork, and the foreclosure is imminent.
The paperwork is reported to have said:
"You are in default of a deed of trust. Unless you take action to protect your property it may be sold at a public sale."
The county recorder's web site said a Notice of Trustees Sale was filed against Neverland Valley Ranch.
It looks like this is really it for Michael Jackson. It would seem highly unlikely that he would be able to come up with nearly $25 million needed to keep the ranch. Since he hasn't lived there since 2005, it's doubtful the eviction can be avoided.
This time, the Michael Jackson rumors are true.
